Marie Prebble will attempt to set a Woman’s 8 hour strong wool ewe World record at Trefrank Farm, Cornwall, England.
Referee’s will be: Eddie Archer (South Africa) Convener, Dave Grant (Australia), Martyn David & Johnny Fraser (United Kingdom).
 

Tuesday 20th December 2022

Reuben Alabaster will attempt the 8 hour strong wool lamb record at Te Pa Station, 859 Oruakukuru Road, Waimarino, New Zealand.

This record currently stands at 744, set by Ivan Scott, January 2012.
 

Thursday 22nd December 2022

Jack Fagan is to attempt the 8 hour strong wool lamb record at Puketiti Station, Mangaotaki, PioPio, New Zealand.
 

Saturday 4th February 2023

Sacha Bond (N.Z.) will attempt the Woman’s 8 hour strong wool lamb record at Fairlight Station, Southland, New Zealand.
Referees to be confirmed later.

    A new 9 hour strong wool lamb record was set at Te Pa Station, Waimarino, New Zealand.
    Contractor Neil Fagan’s Gang of shearers, Jack Fagan 811, Reuben Alabaster 774, Delwyn Jones 729, Llion Jones 725, Kelly Brill 701 set a tally of 3740.
    Referees were: Martyn David (U.K.) Convener by video/ZOOM along with N.Z. referees on site, Paul Harris, Bart Hadfield, Robert McLaren, Ronnie King, Alistair Emslie.

  • Wednesday 28th July 2021

    Englishman Stuart Connor set a new 9 hour strong wool lamb record of 872 at Trefrank Farm, St Clether, Cornwall, England eclipsing Ivan Scott’s tally of 867 set at the same venue five years ago. The second record attempt by ZOOM technology.
    Referees were; Paul Harris, N.Z. Convener (via ZOOM) Martyn David, Arwyn Jones, Johnny Fraser U.K. Trainee Referee; Andy Rankin U.K.
